ELEMENTS is a leading bathroom showroom brand with 272 locations across Germany, offering an immersive experience for customers to explore a wide array of bathroom products and services. Known for their high-quality products from top international brands like Villeroy & Boch, Grohe, and Vigour, ELEMENTS specializes in comprehensive bathroom planning and renovation services, ensuring that customers receive professional advice and hands-on product experiences​.


The Challenge

ELEMENTS needed a comprehensive website relaunch to better serve their customers’ inspiration and information needs. The previous site was outdated, lacked critical features, and was not integrated with their Product Information Management (PIM) system.

The key objectives were:

  • Revamping the website using Drupal CMS.
  • Adding features to improve user engagement and customer experience.
  • Integrating with the PIM system to display thousands of products automatically.

The Solution

Our team executed a full-scale relaunch of the ELEMENTS website with a focus on enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Key implementations included:

  • Drupal CMS: The entire site was redesigned and developed on the Drupal platform, providing robust content management capabilities and flexibility.
  • 3D Bathroom Planner: A state-of-the-art 3D bathroom planner tool was integrated, allowing users to design their dream bathrooms interactively online.
  • PIM System Integration: We connected the site with the Pimcore API to sync product data seamlessly, ensuring up-to-date product information and availability.
  • Client Login and CRM Integration: A secure client login portal was created, linked to Zoho CRM, to streamline customer relationship management and facilitate better service delivery.
  • Lead Forms and More: We added multiple lead generation forms and various other interactive features to capture customer inquiries and enhance the overall user engagement.

Outcome
The relaunch resulted in a significant improvement in both user experience and backend efficiency. The new website not only attracts and retains more visitors with its intuitive design and advanced planning tools but also ensures that ELEMENTS can manage and update their vast product catalog effortlessly. The seamless integration with the PIM system and CRM has enhanced the customer service process, leading to higher customer satisfaction and engagement.

Outcome

The project culminated in the successful launch of the Max White Ultimate online shop, which has since garnered positive feedback for its seamless user experience and efficient order processing. The integration with Hellmann Logistics has markedly improved the efficiency of the supply chain, resulting in faster delivery times and higher customer satisfaction.
